    Where do I begin with this company, well 4 months on from installation and still not satisfied with what can only be described as a very unprofessional job and with poor customer service to match you have a proper recipe for disaster. Countless problems ranging from breakfast bar being cut poorly (rounded edge breakfast bar), oven hob bent, oven dented upon installation, extractor fan broken (still waiting to be fixed). I personally would tell my worst enemy to stay away from this company, how it has lasted over 25 years I do not know. We spent over £3000 with this company from hard earned money after just recently having a child so the fact we committed this amount of money to be completely short changed for a poor job has really angered us. Countless phone calls and told I would be phoned back and never was have lead me to the decision to contact citizens advice and I have been told I am entitled to a refund due to consumer rights so dont let yourself be duped into buying ANYTHING from this company.

    Tried to find out the opening hours of the business banking section as I know it closes for lunch. Nothing on website and had to hold on for 5 minutes. Girl who answered the phone had no idea either and had to hold on again. Surely it should be on the website

    They promise to undertake fixing and cleaning gutters and downpipes.

    At the outset there are a disconnect connection. All they did was stip back into the gutter.

    However after 2 days it disconnected again. They said repeatedly they would redo it but they never did. So much for 100% satisfaction and 12 month guarantee.

    Also you would expect that while cleaning gutters they would check the seals (as done by other roofers I have employed).

    Guess again they never did...even though they were told..but it was not detailed in contract.

    Again they are bunch of useless and shoddy cowboys
