Order placed 27th August 2011
Dining Table & Six Chairs, Small Sideboard, 2 Door Display Cabinet, Nest of Tables.
Value £2.4K paid in full with order. Delivery advised 4-6 weeks.
After repeated emails to and from supplier/manufacturer
Actual First Delivery 3rd January 2012 (19 weeks) Christmas dinner at kitchen table.
This delivery: Table Faulty, Two Chairs Faulty, Small Sideboard Faulty, Display Cabinet Faulty.
All faulty items had Quality Control / Inspection Passed initialed labels attached.
Table, Two Chairs, Small Sideboard replaced 31st January 2012.
Display Cabinet had inspection report by Third Party Company on 28th February 2012.
Morris Furniture accepted Display Cabinet was faulty.
Final Delivery: replacement Display Cabinet 24th April 2012.
It took 35 weeks to complete this order.
The Quality of the items still leave much to be desired.
